This Return Policy applies to paid consultation services purchased from Naturalwhcleanon, a business operating in the United States. It explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
2. Pricing and Service Terms
Current consultation pricing is displayed on our Contact page before you book. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you agree to the price, session length, and terms shown at checkout or confirmed in writing by our team.

4. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a scheduled consultation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund or free rescheduling
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund or one free rescheduling
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: no refund, rescheduling subject to availability
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to office@naturalwhcleanon.world or by phone.
5. Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your consultation at no additional charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds do not include third-party processing fees that are non-refundable by the payment provider.
7. Cancellation by Provider
If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience at no additional cost.
8. Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of the session. We will review your feedback and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund, complimentary follow-up session, or other resolution.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Consultations that have already been completed
- Digital materials or resources provided after a session
- Services purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request
10. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Unresolved disputes may be handled according to your card issuer's policies and applicable law.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state law, including consumer protection laws in New Mexico and other U.S. states. Because our consultations are scheduled services performed at an agreed time, statutory cancellation rights for physical goods may not apply once a session has been delivered.
If you booked a service package online and applicable state law provides a right to cancel within a specified period before the service begins, we will honor that right when required.
